2021 No-Hitters

We will be attempting to keep a record of all no-hitters thrown this year.

2021 No-Hitters

Gretta Grassel, Boscobel: 4/27 vs. Riverdale; Grassel finished with 20 strikeouts in the 9-0 victory. She also recorded the only other out on a comebacker to the circle in which she threw out the runner. 

Ellie Buza, Middleton: 4/27 vs. Madison East; Buza twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with eight strikeouts and just one walk in the 11-0 victory. 

Hailey Griffin, Oak Creek: 4/27 vs. Racine Horlick; Griffin twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with 14 strikeouts and just one walk in the 18-0 win. 

Makayla Wirkus, Edgar: 4/27 vs. Chequamegon; Wirkus pitched a 3-inning no-hitter with four strikeouts and two walks in the 17-0 win. This was her first high school appearance. 

Taylor Roughen, Lake Mills: 4/29 vs. Watertown Luther Prep; Roughen twirled a 5-inning perfect game in a 10-0 win. She finished with 14 strikeouts and the other out was recorded on a bunt attempt. 

Addy Warner, Gilman: 4/30 vs. Flambeau; Warner struck out 17 in the 8-0 win. 

Claire Beck, Jefferson: 4/30 vs. Evansville; Beck twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with 10 strikeouts in a 12-0 victory. 

Ava Schill, Assumption: 4/30 vs. Prentice; Schill pitched a 3-inning perfect game with six strikeouts in the 15-0 win. 

Christina Crawford, Elkhorn: 4/30 vs. Badger; Crawford finished with 16 strikeouts in the 7-0 victory. 

Jaymison Anderson, Muskego: 5/1 vs. Waukesha West; Anderson pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with 10 strikeouts in the 13-0 win. 

Hannah Meshnick, Hortonville: 5/1 vs. Stevens Point; Meshnick finished with 13 strikeouts in the 2-0 victory. She also went 2-for-4 at the plate with an RBI. 

Morgan Harwood, Neenah: 5/1 vs. Menasha; Harwood twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with eight strikeouts in an 11-0 win. She also went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and an RBI. 

Morgan Fuhrer, Kenosha Indian Trail: 5/4 vs. Kenosha Tremper; Fuhrer recorded a 5-inning perfect game with seven strikeouts in the 11-0 win. 

Laura Heim, Howards Grove: 5/4 vs. Ozaukee; Heim posted a 4-inning no-hitter with five strikeouts in the 15-0 victory. 

Ashlyn Bennin, Mishicot: 5/4 vs. Cedar Grove-Belgium; Bennin recorded a 3-inning no-hitter with eight strikeouts in the 19-0 win. 

Emma Baures, Cochrane-Fountain City: 5/4 vs. Whitehall; Baures pitched a 3-inning no-hitter in the Pirates' 22-0 win. 

Anna Aldrete, Hilbert/Stockbridge: 5/6 vs. Ozaukee; Aldrete pitched a 3-inning no-hitter with five strikeouts in the 15-0 victory. 

Kalista Susa, Oconto: 5/6 vs. Green Bay NEW Lutheran; Susa twirled a 3-inning no-hitter with five strikeouts in the 18-0 win. 

Jayda Berg, Westby: 5/6 vs. Luther; Berg finished with 13 strikeouts and walked just two in the 2-0 win. She also went 2-for-3 at the plate. 

Siarra Hart, Athens: 5/6 vs. Prentice; Hart struck out 13 and walked just one in the 11-0 victory. At the plate, she had three hits and two RBIs. 

Riley Grudzielanek, Oak Creek; 5/6 vs. Kenosha Indian Trail; Grudzielanek finished with 18 strikeouts and three walks in the 5-0 victory. 

Delaney Stelsel, Waupun; 5/6 vs. Berlin; Stelsel twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with five strikeouts and four walks in the 10-0 win. 

Abby Johnson, Mondovi: 5/6 vs. Spring Valley; Johnson threw a 5-inning no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and one walk in the 14-0 win. 

McKenna Young, Brodhead: 5/6 vs. East Troy; Young twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the Cardinals' 14-0 victory. She finished the game with 11 strikeouts. 

Ava Schill, Assumption: 5/7 vs. Athens; Schill tossed a 3-inning no-hitter with six strikeouts in the 17-0 victory. 

Scout Hall, Prairie du Chien: 5/7 vs. North Crawford; Hall twirled a 3-inning perfect game in the 15-0 win. She struck out six of the nine batters faced. 

Grace Wickman, Peshtigo: 5/8 vs. Sevastopol; Wickman pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with eight strikeouts in the 10-0 win. 

Lauren Trottier, Elkhorn: 5/8 vs. Milton; Trottier recorded a 5-inning no-hitter with four strikeouts and two walks in the 13-0 victory. 

Claire Beck, Jefferson: 5/10 vs. Lakeside Lutheran; Beck twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with 10 strikeouts in the 17-0 win. She also went 4-for-4 with two home runs and five RBIs. 

Gretta Grassel, Boscobel: 5/10 vs. Cuba City; Grassel twirled a perfect game with 16 strikeouts in the 4-0 win.  

Taylor Baker, Sun Prairie: 5/10 vs. Madison East; Baker twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with seven strikeouts and two walks in the 14-0 victory. 

Abby Johnson, Mondovi: 5/10 vs. Colfax; Johnson finished with 15 strikeouts and two walks in the 5-0 victory. 

Haley Zembo, Superior: 5/11 vs. Duluth Denfeld, MN; Zembo pitched a 6-inning no-hitter with nine strikeouts in the 10-0 victory.  

Paytn Monticelli, Cedarburg: 5/13 vs. West Bend West; Monticelli twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with 11 strikeouts in the 11-0 win. 

Claire Beck, Jefferson: 5/13 vs. Clinton; Beck finished with 16 strikeouts and no walks in the Eagles' 4-0 win. 

Makayla Wirkus, Edgar: 5/14 vs. Prentice; Wirkus pitched a 3-inning no-hitter with 11 strikeouts and two walks in the 15-0 victory. 

Hilary Blomberg, Verona: 5/15 vs. Portage; Blomberg twirled a 5-inning perfect game in the Wildcats' 13-0 victory against Portage. She finished the game with 10 strikeouts, including setting down seven in a row via the strikeout during a stretch in the contest. 

Hailey Griffin, Oak Creek: 5/18 vs. Kenosha Tremper; Griffin pitched a 4-inning perfect game, finishing with 11 strikeouts in the 15-0 victory. 

Paeton Kringel, New London: 5/21 vs. Seymour; Kringel twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with nine strikeouts and no walks in the 12-0 win. 

Olivia Schofield, Chetek-Weyerhaeuser: 5/22 vs. Ladysmith; Schofield pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with four strikeouts and five walks in the 18-0 victory. She also went 3-for-4 at the plate with three RBIs. 

Ally Eden, Green Bay Preble: May 22 vs. Green Bay Southwest; Eden threw a 5-inning no-hitter while striking out 4 and walking none in the Hornets' 10-0 victory. 

Bethany Ahrens, Peshtigo: 5/24 vs. Gibraltar/Washington Island; Ahrens pitched a 6-inning no-hitter in the Bulldogs' 10-0 victory. She finished with 14 strikeouts and walked three. Ahrens also went 3-for-4 at the dish with a double, three RBIs, and two runs scored. 

McKenna Young, Brodhead: 5/25 vs. Whitewater; Young twirled a 5-inning no-hitter with 12 strikeouts in the 10-0 victory. She also went 3-for-3 at the plate with two home runs and a double. 

Kalen Berger, Pembine/Goodman: 5/25 vs. Crandon; Berger pitched a 3-inning perfect game in the Patriots' 16-0 win. She finished the game with six strikeouts. 

Riley Grudzielanek, Oak Creek: 5/25 vs. Kenosha Bradford/Reuther; Grudzielanek twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the 12-2 win. She finished the contest with 12 strikeouts and three walks. 

Kathryn Schmierer, Racine Lutheran: 5/25 vs. Racine St. Catherine's; Schmierer twirled a 3-inning no-hitter in the Crusaders' 15-0 win. She struck out eight of the 10 batters she faced in the contest. 

Sam Swartz and Makala Beck, Antigo: 5/25 vs. Lakeland; Swartz and Beck combined for a 3-inning no-hitter in the Red Robins' 15-0 win. The duo recorded all nine outs via the strikeout. Swartz pitched the first two innings and finished with six strikeouts and Beck struck out the side in the third inning. 

Kathryn Schmierer, Racine Lutheran: 5/27 vs. Racine St. Catherine's; Schmierer pitched a 3-inning perfect game in the Crusaders' 16-0 win. She struck out eight of the nine batters and had the assist on the other out. Schmierer also went 3-for-4 at the plate with a home run, double, and three RBIs. 

Gretta Grassel, Boscobel: 5/27 vs. Fennimore; Grassel twirled a 6-inning no-hitter in the Bulldogs' 10-0 victory. She finished with 14 strikeouts and just one walk. At the dish, Grassel went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs. 

Brooke Hock, Green Bay Preble:  6/1 vs. Manitowoc Lincoln; Hock twirled a no-hitter with 11 strikeouts and no walks in the 12-0 win.

Julianne Claas, Sussex Hamilton: 6/1 vs. Wauwatosa West; Claas pitched a perfect game in the Chargers' 8-0 victory. She finished the game with 13 strikeouts. 

Kaeley Niemiec, Menomonee Falls: 6/1 vs. West Allis Hale; Niemiec twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the Phoenix's 10-0 victory. She tallied 11 strikeouts and walked one in the contest. 

Emma Baures, Cochrane-Fountain City: 6/1 vs. Eleva-Strum; Baures twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the 13-0 win. 

Julianne Claas, Sussex Hamilton: 6/3 vs. Brookfield Central; Class twirled a 5-inning perfect game with four strikeouts in the Chargers' 20-0 win. 

Kathryn Schmierer, Racine Lutheran: 6/4 vs. Living Word Lutheran; Schmierer pitched a 5-inning no-hitter while compiling 12 strikeouts and allowing just one walk in the 12-0 victory. At the dish, she walked twice, scored twice, and had one stolen base. Schmierer's strikeout total for the season is now at 205. 

Jayda Berg, Westby: 6/4 vs. Lancaster; Berg twirled a perfect game with 15 strikeouts in the 5-0 victory. 

McKenna Young, Brodhead: 6/4 vs. Edgerton; Young pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with eight strikeouts and no walks in the Cardinals' 17-0 victory in the first game of doubleheader. 

Calley Olson, Bloomer: 6/4 vs. Weyauwega-Fremont; Olson pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and just one walk in the 10-0 win. At the plate, she hit a home run and a triple to go along with a pair of RBIs. 

Claire Beck, Jefferson: 6/10 vs. Turner; Beck tallied eight strikeouts and allowed just one walk in the 4-0 win. 

Haley Zembo, Superior: 6/14 vs. Wausau West; Zembo twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the Spartans' 10-0 victory in a Division 1 regional semifinal. She finished the game with 10 strikeouts. 

Josie Spors and Macy Kohlbeck, Randolph: 6/14 vs. Lourdes Academy; Spors and Kohlbeck combined for a 5-inning no-hitter in the Rockets' 10-0 win in a Division 5 regional semifinal. Spors pitched the first four innings, finishing with two strikeouts and two walks, and Kohlbeck set down the Knights in order in the fifth inning to complete the no-hitter. 

Nakiyah Henning, Bonduel: 6/9 vs. Menominee Indian; Henning twirled a 4-inning no-hitter while striking out eight in the 15-0 win, in a Division 3 regional quarterfinal. The only baserunner reached via a walk. Henning also led the team with six RBIs. 

JJ Gremminger, Oakfield: 6/14 vs. Fall River; Gremminger pitched a 3-inning perfect game in the Oaks' 15-0 victory in a Division 5 regional semifinal. She finished the game with five strikeouts. 

McKenna Young, Brodhead: 6/14 vs. Lancaster; Young twirled a 5-inning no-hitter in the Cardinals' 10-0 win in a Division 3 regional semifinal. She compiled 11 strikeouts in the victory. 

Autumn Weis, Catholic Central: 6/14 vs. Cambria-Friesland; Weis pitched a 5-inning no-hitter with seven strikeouts and no walks in the 10-0 victory in a Division 5 regional semifinal. 

Hailey Zimmermann, Columbus Catholic: 6/21 vs. Independence/Gilmanton in a Division 5 sectional semifinal. Zimmerman struck out five and walked two in the 4-3 loss. The Dons had six errors which led to the four runs.
